Works closely with the Director of Proposal Development, Business Line Manager, Capture Manager, and other Proposal Managers/Proposal Coordinators to refine the Capture Plan and Proposal Development. Proactively and independently develops, maintains, and continuously applies proposal planning processes to include directive, outlines, schedule, budget, storyboards, win themes, action items, statement of work analyses, etc.
