Close communication gaps: Set the cadence, channels, and escalation paths (Slack, Jira, recurring check-ins) that keep Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Fleet Operations, and sites aligned on vehicle updates, configuration, and documentation. You will also be the BaseOps lead for the systems our shops run on, including SAP, SAP Field Service Management (FSM), and Jira, making sure our processes are built into those systems and that every site uses them consistently.
