This centralized operations resource role will assist the broader Business Operations & Insights function by coordinating invoice processing, contracting, recovery activities, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and process documentation while ensuring stakeholders receive clear, accurate, and responsive service. Monitor, triage, and process intake requests for new software licensing and maintenance, scientific knowledge resources, and professional services, ensuring required process, funding, procurement, vendor, and evaluation documentation is complete before submission.
