Reporting to a Regional Manager of Health, Safety & Security, the Site Manager owns the day-to-day delivery of the HSS program: conducting safety observations, managing incident response, driving corrective actions to closure, and partnering closely with site General Managers and operations leaders to embed safety into every shift. This role is responsible for executing Stord''s safety and security program at the site level -- embedded in daily operations, visible to employees and operators, and directly accountable for building a safe and secure working environment across an assigned set of facilities.
