ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Conducts comprehensive pre-admission and preoperative assessments for surgical and procedural patients, including review of medical history, medications, allergies, prior anesthesia history, functional status, comorbidities, and relevant diagnostic information. Collaborates with anesthesiologists, surgeons, proceduralists, registered nurses, residents, primary care providers, specialty consultants, and administrative staff to resolve clinical and operational issues before the day of surgery.
