Provides periodic reports to Corporate Counsel, Risk Management, Claims Management, Legal Services and other clinical leaders reflecting relative trends, identifying potential risk management issues and trends involving the Corporation’s claims experience. Primarily responsible for the management, operation and development of all facets of the risk and claims management information systems, uploading of occurrence information to the Patient Safety Organization (PSO), data analysis and information management reporting to Corporate entities, the Board, patient safety leadership initiatives and external claims reporting requirements.
