CSRM works with a broad range of commercial operations, including contractors and jobsites, restaurants, hotels, apartments and HOAs, healthcare facilities, manufacturing and industrial operations, trucking, automotive dealerships, retail operations, cannabis businesses, agricultural risks, schools, and other specialized industries. Inspectors must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, reliable transportation, a computer and smartphone or digital camera, and the ability to manage assignments and deadlines independently.
