p>Overview: Responsible for supporting a variety of functions in the Business Banking Workout group including, but not limited to, handling accounts in the legal process, specializing in negotiation of debt, repossession, foreclosure, property preservation, past due tax reporting, monitoring forced place insurance or bankruptcy processing.

The incumbent works under very limited supervision and has regular internal contact with other departments and externally with customers and service providers.
