This position will be responsible for providing guidance to the team responsible for performing routine performance assessments (overt and covert activity), assessing performance, providing corrective action, determining performance improvement opportunities, and recommending these opportunities to site leadership for implementation. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work rotating, non-traditional hours, including days, swing, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent quality assurance coverage across all operational shifts.
