Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, this role provides onsite security operations and technical security support across critical data center environments within one or more assigned metros, with accountability for troubleshooting, repair, replacement, preventive maintenance, operational readiness, and disciplined escalation. Working closely with Security Operations leadership, site teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Security Operations Technician II will support incident response, corrective action follow-through, and local operational delivery across assigned scope.
