Provides comprehensive nursing care by delivering a full range of services such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, assisting with procedures, performing clinical tasks and interventions, and supporting provider visits. Using sound clinical judgment, the RN identifies patient needs, evaluates symptoms, and supports care decisions in partnership with providers, escalating concerns that require urgent attention.
