Skills Required: High flow O2, chest tubes, peripheral IV starts/maintenance, wound care/dressing changes, wound vacs, drains (JP, hemovacs), nephrostomy tubes, pain management, PCA, central line management, cardiac rhythm interpretation. Afib RVR, q4h checks, medical and surgical progressive care patients, no cath lab patients, no major cardiac surgeries, no major neuro surgeries, no major traumas.
