Required Qualifications: Valid Florida or Compact license, current AHS ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certifications prior to start date; at least 2 years of ER experience including prior travel experience at a level 1 trauma facility; minimum of 2 years of ER experience; prior experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; ability to pass an EKG exam during orientation; must have level I trauma experience; must be able to handle admission work for boarded patients. Facility includes a second-floor patient care area with observation and acute care rooms, onsite radiology suite, and an onsite pharmacy.
