Provides leadership for patient care, management of employees, management of supplies and equipment, and fiscal management including salaries and wages, productivity, supply and equipment costs and all other financial categories within the Emergency Department. To provide leadership and guidance within the framework of the objectives and policies established by the Chief Nursing Officer and the Executive Team at Hardin Medical Center for the operations, quality, safety, growth, and talent (Emergency Department Employees) of the Emergency Department.
