The LPN supports patient care by rooming patients, collecting health information, assisting with exams and treatments, giving medications, performing basic lab tests and EKGs, and documenting care. As an integrated health system, we deliver exceptional, coordinated across seven hospitals, 85 primary and specialty clinics, and a team of over 7,500 professionals serving northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
