Required Skills: Invasive line monitoring (Swan Ganz, arterial lines), pacemaker management (epicardial and transvenous), chest tubes, cardiac medications (inotropes, vasopressors, sedation/paralytics), ventilator and trach management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, EPIC experience; CV surgical experience including ECMO, CVVH, IABP, and VAD preferred.
