Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs and ladder, reach, lift, pull, push, balance, crouch, crawl and kneel.
