Working under the supervision of the Medical Director and/or Registered Nurse, the LPN is responsible for medication administration, patient monitoring, clinical documentation, and coordination of care within a structured, recovery-focused environment. - Administer prescribed medications, including oral, IM, and injectable medications, in accordance with physician orders and nursing scope of practice.
