Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for working 1:1 with clients and implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the clients' needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. Our mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative staffing solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support.
