Provide routine and complex nursing care for post-surgical patients, including orthopedic, general surgery, and neuro populations, utilizing the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with scope of practice.
