You'll serve as a trusted clinical leader, partnering with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice, support quality and safety initiatives, promote regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll lead onboarding, education, competency development, and ongoing training for our clinical team members, with a primary focus on CNAs, Resident Assistants (RAs), and QMAPs, while also supporting the development of licensed nursing staff.
