We are looking for someone who understands how complicated healthcare can be and enjoys helping people work through benefits questions, provider issues, appointments, insurance requirements, and other barriers to receiving care. Candidates with backgrounds as an MA, CNA, LPN, or RN are encouraged to apply, but the most important qualifications are healthcare knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a genuine desire to advocate for others.
