High acuity patient population including hypertension, Mg administration, C-sections (33% rate), preterm labor, insulin drips, vaginal deliveries, epidurals, inductions, antepartum, PROM, multiple births, and postpartum hemorrhage. Support includes CNAs, LPN scrub techs (NRP certified), receptionist/HUC, free-floating charge nurse, and resource RN pending staffing needs.
