Under the direction of clinic leadership, the LVN Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations, supervises medical assistants, and helps ensure high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care for patients across the lifespan. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
