This position ensures that services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities and clients receiving personal care are delivered in accordance with state regulations, agency policies, and person-centered care principles. Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other care staff to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centered services.
