In this role, the Construction Estimator will manage commercial construction estimating and preconstruction activities, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, bid preparation, subcontractor pricing, scope review, and analysis of architectural and structural drawings. Coordinate subcontractor bids, including preparing bid invitations, reviewing bids for scope and pricing, scheduling site visits, obtaining subcontractor and supplier pricing, and developing bid presentations.
