This individual will lead commercial efforts focused on acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and supporting long-term growth initiatives in highly regulated industries including Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Electronics, and other quality-critical markets. The BDM is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, & closing new business opportunities across plastics injection molding, compression molding, thermoset molding, precision tooling, and engineered polymer solutions.
