Must be of the mental and physical capacity to observe, interact, and communicate with youth, staff, volunteers, classroom teachers at your assigned school site, etc., at the Club to ensure the safety of the space and others, provide guidance and reflection per the Club priority outcomes and goals. This position works collaboratively with Club staff, families, and classroom teachers to support member success and high-quality programming while upholding the Club's Mission, Values, and Positive Youth Development practices.
