Additional functions include website and digital assets to Maintain and audit property websites, landing pages, and online listings (OpenTable, Resy, Google Business Profile) for up-to-date accuracy, menus, and booking integrations, analytics and reporting to track, analyze, and regularly report on KPI performance including website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, and ROI on ad spend to guide future strategy and brand compliance to ensure all digital messaging, imagery, and promotional copy strictly adhere to BHG brand identity guidelines and local regulatory/privacy rules. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within premium hospitality, high-volume restaurants, luxury events, or hotels and proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
