The LPN is responsible for ensuring a positive Skilled Nursing Facility experience for residents, their family members and visitors of the Skilled Nursing Facility. Must be confident in dealing with decision making, be able to manage time, pressure and deadlines in a positive fashion, and be able to respond appropriately.
