What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end direct mail campaigns (audience strategy, segmentation, creative, vendor coordination, deployment) Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives targeting existing/known customers Manage relationships with list providers, data vendors, and mail houses Build and execute test-and-learn frameworks across audience, offer, creative, and timing Analyze performance using direct mail attribution methods (QR codes, pURLs, matchback, response rates, ROI) Optimize campaign performance and budget allocation across large-scale mail drops Partner with analytics, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant Identify opportunities to improve process, tooling, and scalabilityWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in direct mail or performance marketing (strong preference for direct mail ownership) Proven experience with lifecycle campaigns targeting known customers Strong understanding of direct mail attribution, ROI, and performance measurement Experience working with mail houses, list providers, and data vendors Hands-on experience with test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation, targeting) Experience managing budgets and scaling campaign volume Background in financial services, lending, or fintech (business loans preferred) Familiarity with compliance/regulatory considerations is a plusWhy This Role Opportunity to build and scale a direct mail channel with real ownership High visibility and cross-functional collaboration Clear path to full-time conversion Flexible hybrid environment in CharlotteIf you have a strong background in direct mail and performance marketing and enjoy tying campaigns directly to business outcomes, we’d love to connect.
