Strong background and experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign planning, with a focus on data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making across various media channels, including email marketing, social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), social advertising, digital advertising (e.g., display, PPC), content marketing, and traditional media (e.g., TV, radio, print). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing for Affordability, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to help customers understand and drive adoption of various programs, such as income-qualified programs, and resources that can help customers save and manage their bills.
