Ensures readiness, compliance, and segmentation accuracy prior to campaign activation.\n \nAuthority Scope:\n\n Journey build execution within AJO\n Automation launch readiness validation\n Audience segmentation configuration in AEP\n Operational campaign deployment approval\n \nPREDOMINANT TASKS\n \nExecutes day-to-day configuration and operational management of lifecycle communications across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).\n \nPrimary Activities:\n\n Configure automation workflows in AJO\n Build and validate AEP audiences\n Perform QA on suppression and consent enforcement\n Deploy campaigns and monitor delivery stability\n Troubleshoot routing, segmentation, or eligibility issues\n Maintain structured journey documentation\n \nNotifications Engine Configuration & Stability\n \nEnsures accurate orchestration, data integrity, and operational reliability of trigger-based communications across lifecycle touchpoints.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Configure trigger-based journeys tied to behavioral or system events\n Validate event ingestion, eligibility rules, and audience entry logic\n Maintain suppression lists and consent enforcement governance\n Validate CRM routing logic and field-level mapping integrity\n Document configuration changes and maintain audit traceability\n \nCampaign & Journey Execution\n \nBuilds, configures, validates, and deploys dynamic lifecycle messaging programs aligned to segmentation and personalization strategies.\n \nExecution Responsibilities:\n\n Develop dynamic, modular email templates\n Configure decision logic, branching paths, and fallback logic\n Validate personalization tokens, dynamic content, and link tracking\n Coordinate deployment scheduling across campaigns and business units\n Conduct structured QA validation prior to activation\n \nPerformance & Operational Monitoring\n \nMonitors ongoing system health, delivery performance, and engagement metrics to ensure stability and optimization of lifecycle programs.\n \nMonitoring & Optimization Activities:\n\n Monitor open rates and click-through trends\n Track delivery performance, bounce rates, and suppression impacts\n Identify segmentation anomalies or eligibility irregularities\n Support structured A/B testing initiatives\n Escalate systemic technical issues to platform or engineering teams\n \nArtifacts Owned\n \nMaintains operational documentation and system configuration artifacts required for continuity, governance, and scalability.\n\n Weekly sprint participation\n Campaign launch reviews\n Monthly performance review\n Quarterly planning input\n \nQualifications/Requirements\n\n Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or a related field\n Minimum of 2 years experience working with various business teams building dashboards and reports in CJA\n Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with and implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics\n Minimum of 2 years working in digital analytics, including experience working with tag management systems implementing advertising, tracking pixels and data stitching\n Working knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, and APIs for data processing and automation\n Minimum of 2 years of hands-on operational knowledge with Adobe Experience Platform, including CJA, AEP is essential.\n
