This role will be responsible for managing the creation, organization, and delivery of substantive knowledge assets for Latham's AI and Copyright Litigation Practice (the "Practice"), while, in coordination with the Practice Chairs, and with assistance from attorneys in the Practice, monitoring current legal, regulatory, and market practice developments for the Practice, as well as championing the adoption of AI tools and innovative technology across all aspects of the team's work. Other key responsibilities include: Identifying, collecting, and organizing work product for the Practice, including anonymizing work product for copyright- and AI-related guidance.
