Experience in developing products such as an Enterprise Architecture Baseline that captures the “as-is” state of the client’s IT enterprise; an Enterprise Architecture Future State that illustrates the “to be” state of the client’s IT enterprise; and an Enterprise Architecture Transition Plan that provides artifacts to incrementally transition the client’s enterprise architecture from the as-is state to the to be future state. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
