Position Summary The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of our 100-bed community, including building systems, grounds, life safety compliance, and coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance. This role requires someone who can confidently manage the scale and demands of a large facility, lead a maintenance team, and maintain a comfortable, code-compliant, home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
