The ELM team oversees the transfer of assets (MHE, Base Build, Emerging Tech) to the RME teams, working closely with Project Delivery Teams (e.g., GES, TES, MSP, AR) across Customer Fulfillment (CF), Amazon Transportation Systems (ATS), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), and Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL). You will own and drive Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with regional maintenance managers and senior stakeholders, presenting data-driven updates on critical milestones including IOQ status, staffing, training, spare parts readiness, and equipment commissioning.
