Demonstrated working knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC (air handling units, split systems, thermostatic controls), plumbing (fixtures, shutoffs, minor repairs), electrical (lighting circuits, breakers, ballasts), and roofing systems, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and perform routine and minor repairs to office and facility equipment, including copiers, furniture systems, sit/stand desks, plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and selected commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring they are in working order.
