This includes trip hazards, leaks or spills and equipment<\/li> Maintenance duties may include pipefitting, machining, welding (ARC, MIG, TIG), fabrication<\/li> Perform inventory controls<\/li> <\/ul> QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/h3> Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical (assist the facilities electricians), machining repair, plant layout and painting<\/li> Must be trained and well versed in general safety, lock-out tag-out and forklift safety<\/li> Required to be familiar with and use all hand and power tools common to the skills listed and well versed in in disciplines mentioned above<\/li> Must be able to read and interpret drawings and sketches, OEM instructions and specifications<\/li> Must feel comfortable with working in a team environment consulting of Ox employees and outside contractors<\/li> Understanding of budgeting and performance management<\/li> Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations as well as OSHA regulations<\/li> Hires and trains new technicians<\/li> Create or follow a preventative maintenance routine<\/li> Create or follow a preventative maintenance routine<\/li> Work with outside vendors and contractors to help provide resources to equip the mill when needed<\/li> Make sure deadlines are met with accuracy, ensure repairs are done quickly. Arrange for and manage appropriate third-party contractor support as needed<\/li> Ensure that employees maintain shops, work areas, and equipment clean and orderly and follow prescribed safety regulations<\/li> Eliminate or control hazardous conditions resulting from human error, equipment, and machine operations that may lead to human injury and or property damage.<\/li>
