This person is responsible for ensuring safe work practices are in place and continually effective, that personnel are effectively and efficiently performing test sample preparation, testing and certification processes, and that maintenance activities performed to ensure the reliability of the laboratory service. Develop and routinely monitor key lab performance metrics related to testing rates, acceptance rates, sample backlog, delay rates, etc.
