General Purpose of Position Under the supervision of the Supervisors of Facilities and the Manager of Facilities, the HVAC Mechanic installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration units, major appliances and controls, thermostats, and other equipment related to air movement and quality. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, major appliances, thermostats, food services equipment, and various environmental control systems.
