Oversees and coordinates the inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, retrofit, and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems throughout County facilities, including air-conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, chillers, dehumidification equipment, air-handling systems, pumps, and associated equipment. Performs supervisory, administrative, and general work functions associated with facilitating routine maintenance and construction work for all county facilities and buildings in support in one or more trade areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, mechanical, and concrete/masonry.
