Prepare and refurbish office common areas and offices as needed, including patching and painting walls and ceilings, carpet replacement or deep cleaning, replacing vinyl floors, installing lighting fixtures, changing light bulbs, and refinishing trim, cabinetry, and shelving. Work is primarily indoors within the Home Office, which includes tenant office suites, private or secured spaces, and common spaces (dining, cafe, and break areas, reception, restrooms, etc.).
