Ability to operate equipment and machinery requiring complex and rapid adjustments, such as motor vehicles, forklifts, air lifts, a wide variety of power tools, mechanics tools, janitorial tools, carpenters tools, electricians tools, plumbers tools, snowblowers, generators, HVAC controls, mowers, saws, gardening tools, concrete finishing tools, etc. Performs preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment, including lubricates moving parts, checks bearings for wear/changes bearings, shives and coil cleaning, changes filters and belts, adjusts chemical feed mechanisms, adjusts thermostats, conducts boiler and cooling tower tests.
