Requirements: - Hands-on experience in apartment, student housing, hotel, or facilities maintenance (6 months to 1 year preferred)- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair: leaks, clogs, fixtures, outlets, switches, garbage disposals- Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting (filters, thermostats, basic diagnostics)- Make-ready/unit turn experience: drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry, hardware replacement- Comfortable working through work orders and following up with residents- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on their feet- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a resident-facing environment- Availability for on-call rotation as neededPreferred:- EPA 608 Certification- CAMT or similar maintenance certification- Own basic hand tools- Valid driver's license.
