Install electrical wiring, conduits, boxes, etc • Install air lines and their associated components • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic problems as they arise • Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks for facilities assets (buildings, HVACs, compressors, fire alarm systems, etc.) per PM schedule • Move furniture, repair and paint sheetrock, install lighting fixtures, replace HVAC filters, and other tasks as needed • Prioritize tasks and follow established work instructions and procedures • Work well under minimal supervision • Communicate with external contractors and vendors to resolve issues related the health of Dover's assets.
