What You'll Do: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations of the NJ facilities, including laboratory spaces, Special use areas, office areas, and common spaces as well as manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems (Access Control, CCTV, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, BMS/BAS).
