The Maintenance Technician - Building is responsible for performing skilled mechanical maintenance work with installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service and repair of plumbing, piping, grounds maintenance, snow removal and other building and print production support equipment. Knowledge/Repair of Walk-in Coolers, icemakers, and refrigerated air dryers, air compressors, Knowledge/Repair of Industrial Vacuum Pumps, Electric motors, belt drives and mechanical couplings.
