Perform basic maintenance duties for all ACCA properties including:- Plumbing: un-clog sinks, toilets, showers and tubs; repair/replace toilets, faucets- Electrical: repair/replace broken switches/plugs/fuses; replace smoke detectors- Carpentry: repair/replace damaged wood trim; make doors/windows operable (including sash cords); repair/replace door/window hardware- Glazing: replace broken door/window glass- Painting: exterior and interior- Drywall repair- Carpet cleaning/shampooing- Preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems, vehicles, and appliances- Building and equipment safety issuesProcess maintenance work orders through completionAssist Program Directors with cleaning issues, replacement of appliances, equipment, weather/storm related issues, checks and balances for oversight of equipment, building. Maintain grounds of the property using hand/power tools and equipment, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and snow removal.
