Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, able to use hand/electric cart, able to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, able to use a ladder, and must be able to lift up 80 lbs. Provides general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structure, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and other basic maintenance.
